There isn’t a limit to the number of drivers, but each driver must pass our driver verification process, and a Protection Package must be purchased for the renter to be covered by Outdoorsy’s insurance policy.
Yes! Pets are allowed with a $35 pet fee. If your pet is allowed on the beds we ask that you cover the bedding with the provided sheets to help minimize paw prints and hair. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to include your pet in your rental. Evidence of pets without prior approval will result in a $100 fee, plus any cleaning expenses.
If you are staying at a campsite with your pet, please be sure to follow all campsite rules regarding pets.
Our fees include delivery to any location within 30 miles of our home base (zip code 53129) We will happily deliver up to an additional 20 additional miles for an additional $3.00 per mile.

Different areas have different restrictions on the use of an RV on your property. We suggest contacting your local municipality, and checking any pertinent HOA covenants before booking. It is your responsibility to ensure all local regulations are being followed.
We require a flat, clean, solid surface for setup. We can set up on concrete, gravel or grass, etc. We will not set up on bare earth or sand.
Smoking is not allowed in or near the Urban Glamper. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, or any product that may leave an odor.
We require a $500 security deposit upon booking. If the equipment is left in good condition with no damage done, the entire security deposit will be refunded.
The following items will result in the the loss the security deposit:
You must be at least 25 years old to rent the Urban Glamper.
For home or other deliveries:
Electrical: We can plug the Urban Glamper into a standard household outlet. Please let us know if your electrical outlet is more than 100 feet from where you plan to put the Urban Glamper.
Water: The Urban Glamper does not travel with water, however if you have access to a water source and hose at your location we can fill the water tank upon delivery. The water on board the Urban Glamper is not recommended for drinking.
For campgrounds:
Electrical: The minimal electrical hookup required for the camper is 30 amps.
Water: If you would like water for the sink, for washing purposes, select a campsite with available water hookup, or a water fill station on site. We recommend bringing bottled water for drinking.
The Urban Glamper does have a toilet, however the bathroom is very small and may not fit everyone.
The Urban Glamper does not have a shower onboard, however our outdoor shower system is available for rent.
The Urban Glamper has 1 full size bed and 1 twin bed.
